Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values weak on Choice and firm on Select on light to moderate 
demand and light offerings. Choice loin and round cuts steady to weak while 
chuck cuts firm. Choice rib cuts lower. Select rib and round cuts steady to 
firm while chuck cuts weak. Beef trimmings slightly lower on light demand and 
moderate offerings.
