Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values firm on Choice and weak on Select on light to moderate 
demand and heavy offerings. Select and Choice rib, chuck, and round cuts steady 
to weak while loin cuts firm. Beef trimmings mostly moderately higher on 
moderate to good demand and moderate offerings.
