Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout steady on Select and higher on Choice on moderate to good 
demand and offerings. Select and Choice rib and round cuts steady to firm while 
loin cuts firm to higher. Select chuck cuts lower while Choice steady. Beef 
trimmings steady to weak on moderate demand and offerings.
